Accredited Therapeutic Counsellor, musician, experienced workshop and group facilitator and mother of two.

Performed and delivered various music and performance workshops in over 100 schools and community projects throughout the UK over the past 10yrs.

Worked with various organisations including; Live Music Now, South East Music Scheme, Globe Theatre, Bishop Waltham Education Dept. and festival, KORI cultural Inclusion Project, Enfield Special Needs Dept., Youth at Risk, Southbank Centre, Brighton Festival, Museum of Mankind.

Owns private counselling practice, specialising as a Youth Counsellor and is trained in conflict resolution and anger management. Afra also provides counselling for parents under a ‘Surestart' initiative.

Afra integrates her creative ability with her counselling training, to provide inclusive, creative activities, that support and facilitate young people in exploring their hidden talents, building their self-esteem and in experiencing a collective, inspired achievement.
