Enrichment Days for schools
As well as Residential Camps and Forest School sessions, Circle of Life Rediscovery offers Enrichment and Woodland Days at your school or at our woodland site in East Sussex. These are designed by us or you can ‘make your own day or programme' by choosing from many different bush crafts/games/foraging and educational activities. These are available for all from primary schools to universities - a great opportunity for team building!
Seasonal Woodland Activity Days and Programmes:
Explore and experience the woods throughout each season! How about an activity day in the Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter? We offer seasonal days in the woods with our experienced trainers.
Every year we run many outdoor-based days for all ages and different groups. We also run longer woodland programmes (once a week for 6 weeks).
Each day will offer unique experiences and the chance to learn different skills. Participants will be taken on a fun journey in the outdoors!
Activities may include:
• Wild cooking and foraging
• Team-building challenges
• Nature-based games
• The art of stalking
• Tipi Time and reflection exercises
• Tree Planting
• Knots and rope swings
• Make a whistle from a branch or a dream catcher
• Specific cultural role plays
• Story Telling
• Drumming and music
• Making natural ointments/essential oils
• Skins and Bones
